Korean alphabet is otherwise called Hangul (한글). Hangeul is derived from han (한) – Korean and geul (글) – letter, together called Korean Alphabet or Korean letter. Korean vowels are known as 모음 (mo-eum) and Korean consonants are known as 자음 (ja-eum). The combination of Chinese characters is made of Korean language.
The modern Korean alphabet has 24 letters contains 10 vowels and 14 consonants and they combined some extra letters, such as 5 tense consonants & 11 complex vowels, 11 complex consonants.
